Source text - Italian L’idea di creare threediz è nata dopo essere venuto a conoscenza della nuova rivoluzione nell’industria tecnologica: le stampanti in 3d. Nonostante sia una tecnologia ancora in via di espansione ho capito subito le potenzialità di questa nuova tecnologia capace di riprodurre fedelmente qualsiasi tipo di oggetto. Di recente, le stampanti in 3d si stanno rendendo accessibili anche ad un pubblico medio per uso domestico., questo vuol dire che ora possiamo creare tutti comodamente ed autonomamente a casa nostra una miriade di oggetti diversi, dalle cover per iphone a oggetti di design. Per fare questo però abbiamo bisogno del file dell’oggetto che vogliamo produrre creato da specifici programmi di modellazione che non tutti siamo in grado di usare. Dove acquistarli e metterli in vendita comodamente? La risposta è Threediz: un marketplace di oggetti stampabili di nuova generazione che riunisce facilmente tutti coloro che vogliono usufruire dei vantaggi di questa tecnologia.
Translation - English After learning about the item that started a devolution in technology, the 3D printer, I came up with the idea of Threediz. Even if this technology still has to grow, I knew from the start that this new field had a great potential. In fact, a 3D printer is able to recreate every kind of object, and this technology is becoming more and more affordable, at the point that it will soon be used in everyday’s life. This means that we will all soon be able to create at home a wide range of different objects, from iPhones’ covers to design items. In order to do that though, we need the file of the object that we would like to recreate, made by specific modeling programs that not everyone is able to use. Where can you buy and sell those files easily? The answer is Threediz, a marketplace of printable objects of the latest generation, that easily gathers everyone who’d like to take advantage of this new technology.

Hello Everyone!
I am a 21 years old translator and interpreter, a linguist and a writer.
I have a deep knowledge of english, french, portuguese and italian, and I am currently studying swedish.
I have studied one year in the USA while I was in high school and I just came back from a semester abroad in Lisbon, Portugal; both those experiences helped me fully understand the importance of interlingual and intercultural communication, that's mostly the reason why I decided to study and work as a translator and an interpreter.
While I am constantly updating and studying glossaries and therms for my job, specializing in literature, linguistics, business, economics, marketing, and advertisement, I also keep expanding my fields of studies: I am currently working on medical and social services among others.
I am here on proz to keep working from around the world while absorbing everything that I can from my workshops and internships with several translation agencies and multinational organizations.
