Source text - English We booked a triple room. It turns out to be a big room for 2 and another adjoined smaller single room. This is great! High ceiling. Crystal chandelier. Just grand (the wall painting is a bit old though.) Location is right in the middle of the city. Close to the central train station and metro.
Service is not the best. I didn't have any problem. However, there was a customer quarreling at the front desk when I checked in. Internet doesn't work in the room. Super bummer! Door lock didn't function properly (I needed to run downstair to get key changed. Oh, I needed to explain, if not quarrel, about what was wrong.) The gym is small. Actually, the equipments are not useable!
Translation - Korean 우리는 세 명이 머물 수 있는 트리플 룸을 예약했는데, 2명이 이용할 수 있는 아주 큰 방에 작은 싱글룸이 붙어 있는 곳을 받았습니다. 정말 좋았어요! 높은 천장과 거기에 달려있는 크리스털로샹들리에가 웅장한 느낌을 주었습니다. (페인트칠 된 벽이 좀 낡아 보이긴 했지만요). 호텔은 정확히 중심가에 있어 기차와 지하철역에 가까웠습니다.
서비스는 그리 좋다고 할 수 없었지만 크게 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 하지만 체크인할 때 보니 손님 한 명이 안내 데스크에서 언쟁을 벌이고 있더군요. 방안에서 인터넷을 이용할 수 없어 무척 실망했고, 방문 자물쇠는 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. (방 키를 바꾸러 아래층으로 달려 내려가야 했는데, 언쟁을 벌이지 않으려면 뭐가 잘못되었는지 설명해야 했습니다.) 헬스장은 작았고, 운동기구들은 사용하기에 적당하지 않았습니다
