Bio

Professional linguist with a passion for audio-visual content. Translator, subtitler and language instructor, I'm passionate and motivated about what I do, with careful attention to detail. I have worked in several sectors accruing experience that have given me the opportunity of strengthening my skills and working with what I like most.

I am Italian, and have been working in the audio-visual sector since 2015, specializing in subtitling. I translate and proofread from EN, ES, FR>IT.

I have been involved in large projects for VOD platforms, DVD Collections, TV channels and cinema distribution, both as a subtitler and project manager. I have extensive subtitle technical knowledge accrued while working to spot and transcribe videos and I also work on SDH and Closed Captions. I generally work with Eztitles, but also have an excellent working knowledge of Subtitle Edit, Subtitle Workshop, WinCAPS and Amara. 

I obtained a certification in audio-visual translation from UCL and am also available to translate for dubbing and for audio description. I am used to working under pressure, with tight deadlines and large volume of material.
