Source text - English Exploring means of increasing offender motivation and engagement with resettlement provision has been a key challenge within PS Plus. This section describes the range of motivational work piloted within the PS Plus model and identifies some lessons learned for the future.
Recognising that offender resettlement involves a complex interplay of personal and social risk factors in which the offender plays an active part, the second phase of the PS Plus project included a structured motivational approach to resettlement. At the core was an emphasis on supporting offenders in their progress towards release and particularly on supporting the key transition from custody to community.
Translation - Bulgarian Изследването на начините за повишаване на мотивацията на нарушителите и обвързването им с практиките по повторно установяване се превърна в ключово предизвикателство на програмата PS Plus. Тази глава разглежда обхвата на мотивационните проекти, пилотирани от модела на PS Plus и поуките, които могат да се извлекат за в бъдеще.
Във втората си фаза, след разпознаване на факта, че процесът на повторно установяване в обществото представлява една много сложна мрежа от индивидуални и социални рискови фактори, в която нарушителят играе активна роля, се взе решение програмата PS Plus да установи един структурен мотивационен подход към процеса на повторно установяване. В основата на този подход залегна предлагането на помощ в процеса на развитието на нарушителите с цел освобождаването им от затвора и по-специално подпомагането на ключовия преход ‘затвор – общество’.

В сила е Конвенция 2000 за взаимопомощ по наказателно-правни въпроси между държави-членки на ЕС и съгласно чл.0 се изпраща пряко на адресата в чуждата държава, компетентен да изпълни международната поръчка. Поради това, Вие сте компетентен да възложите с постановление на НСлС изпълнението и уведомите английските съдебни власти за това.
Translation - English I write on competence grounds with attached Request for Legal Support made by the HMRC of the United Kingdom under Ref No. 0000 which was sent to the “International Legal Cooperation” Department of the Supreme Cassation Prosecution of the Republic of Bulgaria, accompanied by a letter Ref No. 0000 of the Ministry of Justice.
In line with the European Convention for Legal Cooperation 2000 between countries-members of the European Union and according to article 0 of the Convention, the request for legal support is to be sent directly to the foreign institution deemed competent to execute the international request. Hence you are deemed to be the competent body to enforce the execution of the request by order of the Bulgarian National Investigation Service and inform the British Legal Authorities.

I have a strong financial background having worked full-time as a PA/ Administrator since 2002 in the field of investments, savings, pensions and insurance.
