On behalf of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), we are conducting a survey regarding the move to online instruction of LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) classes. The survey examines students’ experiences taking classes online during the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey will take 15 minutes and will ask you a few questions about class access, technology use, your class challenges, help or support you are receiving, and your satisfaction with remote/online LINC classes during the pandemic. By participating in this survey, you are providing important information to IRCC that will help understand students’ needs and improve services to newcomers.
If you participate in this survey, you will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $100 Gift Card.
Participation is voluntary. All of the information that you provide on this survey is confidential and your personal information will not be shared. (1) Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company - Luberef (the “Company”);
(2) The Financial Institutionslisted in Schedule 1 (The Original Murabaha Facility Participants)
as participants under the Murabaha Facilities (the “Original Murabaha Facility
Participants”); and
(3) [●], as agent for and on behalf of the Murabaha Facility Participants (the “Murabaha Facility
Agent”).
Background:
(A) The Murabaha Facility Agent shall enter into a murabaha facilities agreement dated on or about
the date of this Agreement with the Company (acting in its capacity as “Purchaser”) whereby
the Company may enter into Murabaha Transactions by which it will buy and sell the
Commodities (the “Murabaha Facilities Agreement”) and, in connection therewith, the
Murabaha Facility Agent has been appointed as the Murabaha Facility Agent for the purpose
of acquiring the Commodities and selling such Commodities to the Company on behalf of the
Murabaha Facility Participants.
(B) This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions upon and subject to which the Murabaha
Facility Participants agree to participate in the investments represented by Murabaha
Transactions.

Source text - English Under current law and practice, the Fund qualifies as an investment undertaking as defined in Section 739B of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997, as amended. On that basis, it is not chargeable for Irish tax on its income or capital gains.
However, Irish tax can arise on the happening of a "chargeable event" in the Fund. A chargeable event includes any distribution payments to shareholders or any encashment, redemption, cancellation or transfer of shares and the holding of shares at the end of each eight year period beginning with the acquisition of such shares.
