Optical laser positioning systems calculate distances to moving system parts contact-free, quickly and with absolute precision. In cycles lasting just milliseconds, the laser distance measuring system provides the position values required for dynamic control functions with millimeter accuracy using a selection of Industrial Ethernet and fieldbus interfaces. With these sensors, distances of up to 300 m can be calculated with maximum accuracy through the use of the latest signal processors. Borderline situations are detected and also diagnostic data indicated with the integrated, extensive functionality catalog. Repeatability of 1 mm, with tested absolute measurement accuracy from ±2 mm to ±5 mm. With the PROFINET and PROFIBUS variants, a parallel SSI interface is available to directly supply the frequency inverter with position data.

The automation of positioning applications is becoming more and more diverse and presents sensor systems with new challenges. Source text - English The Company Name ABC is a true “Soil Specialist”. With a footprint of almost 4,6m² the tractor provides 20% more ground contact area than other 2-tracks and 50% more than other half-tracks in this hp class. With that staying below 0,5 bar ground pressure even at max. ballast.
With it’s 18,7t base weight and perfectly balanced weight distribution the ABC is designed to deliver the power to the ground without any additional ballasting being required. In fact, for most applications (even in heavy draft) it is clearly recommended to NOT USE any additional ballast. The only exception are very heavy, fully mounted implements in the rear hitch which might require a counter ballasting strategy.
For these exceptional cases, the ABC has to be equipped with special front weights, that have been exclusively designed to compensate and withstand all vibrations and shocks coming from the tracks.
The special front weight support includes a new heavy mounted starter weight (replacing the first four suitcase weights) and allows only the use of additional 43kg North American style suitcase weights (R127764).
Note: either a front weight support or a front hitch needs to be ordered to fulfill the homologation requirement of a front tow point.
IMPORTANT: The well known 50kg suitcase weights spread over R2 MUST NOT be used with any ABC series tractor and can lead to a potential damage and a loss in warranty. The front weight support is as well NOT compatible with any 900-1800kg monster weight blocks.
Translation - Czech Traktor ABC od společnosti XY je skutečným specialistou na půdu. Jeho styčná plocha téměř 4,6 m² zajišťuje výrazně vyšší kontakt s terénem – o 20 % ve srovnání s dvoupásovými traktory a dokonce o 50 % ve srovnání s polopásovými traktory ve stejné výkonové třídě. Přítlak na půdu tak nepřesahuje 0,5 barů ani při maximálním zatížení.
Traktor ABC se základní hmotností 18,7 t a perfektně vyváženým rozložením zatížení je navržen tak, aby přenášel výkon na povrch terénu bez nutnosti dalších přídavných závaží. Použití přídavných závaží se ve většině aplikací (včetně těch s velkým tahovým zatížením) dokonce přímo NEDOPORUČUJE. Jedinou výjimkou jsou velmi těžká a plně naložená nářadí na zadním závěsu, která mohou vyžadovat přidání protizávaží.
Pro tyto výjimečné případy musí být traktor ABC vybaven speciálně navrženými předními závažími, jejichž účelem je kompenzovat a absorbovat vibrace a nárazy z pásů.
Součástí speciálního držáku předních závaží je nové startovací závaží s pevnou montáží, které nahrazuje první čtyři čtyři kazetová závaží. S tímto držákem lze používat pouze přídavná kazetová závaží o hmotnosti 43 kg pro Severní Ameriku (R127764).
Poznámka: Aby byly splněny požadavky na homologaci předního tažného bodu, je nutné objednat buď držák předních závaží, nebo přední závěs.
DŮLEŽITÉ: Rozšířená 50kg kazetová závaží používaná na strojích řady R2 NESMÍ být používána na žádných traktorech řady ABC, protože mohou způsobovat poškození a vést ke ztrátě záruky. Držák předních závaží také NENÍ kompatibilní s žádnými „monster“ bloky o hmotnosti 900–1800 kg.

I am an English-Czech translatorand proofreader with a Master´s degree in Translation Studies.
