Source text - English 197. The third report of the Special Rapporteur, like the previous two reports, followed the
general pattern of the articles on Responsibility of States for internationally wrongful acts. It
considered matters which were addressed in chapters III and IV of Part One of those articles.
Thus following the second report, which dealt with questions of attribution of conduct to
international organizations, the third report dealt with the existence of a breach of an
international obligation on the part of an international organization and with the responsibility
of an international organization in connection with the act of a State or another international
organization.

Trzeci raport specjalnego sprawozdawcy, podobnie jak poprzednie dwa raporty, skonstruowano w oparciu o schemat ogólny artykułów o odpowiedzialności państw za czyny niezgodne z prawem międzynarodowym i dotyczy spraw zawartych w rozdziale III i IV części pierwszej tych artykułów. Source text - Russian По информации антимонопольного управления, ИКЕА в приложении к договору аренды установила список страховых компаний, с которыми рекомендовала заключать договоры страхования гражданской ответственности и имущества. В случае неисполнения арендатором этого условия ИКЕА могла расторгнуть договор аренды в одностороннем порядке. Кроме того, в соответствии с договором, ИКЕА обязывала арендаторов страховать не только собственное имущество, но и ИКЕА.
Translation - Polish Tytuł: Sąd podtrzymał zasadność ustaleń Federalnego urzędu antymonopolowego w odniesieniu do IKEA.
Jak podaje urząd antymonopolowy, w załączniku do umowy najmu IKEA ustalała spis towarzystw ubezpieczeniowych z którymi zalecała zawarcie umów ubezpieczenia odpowiedzialności cywilnej oraz mienia. W razie niespełnienia przez najemcę ww. warunku IKEA mogła jednostronnie wypowiedzieć umowę najmu. Ponadto, zgodnie z umową, IKEA zobowiązywała najemców do ubezpieczania nie tylko własnego mienia, ale również mienia należącego do IKEA.

When I became a mother of two kids, being a FREElancer seemed to me a wonderfull possibility for combining my professional and privete passions. With my multicultural and legal background it seemed to me quite natural to "express" myself in translations, so I have completed additional postgraduate studies in Applied Linguistics (Warsaw Uniwersity) and gained a licence of sworren translator for Russian and Polish languages. I would also accept translations from and to English with combination to bouth Rissian and Polish, as I've got a lot of possobilities to deepen my knowledge of English laguage while studying and working - my specialty was (and still remains) the public international law.
