Description En este primer encuentro de una serie de cuatro seminarios web, arrojaremos luz sobre la primera fase de la actividad económica de un traductor o intérprete autónomo. ¿Tengo la obligación de ser autónomo? ¿Si sigo sin darme de alta, cumplo con la ley o me encuentro en situación de riesgo? ¿Qué tramites debo seguir para iniciar una actividad económica? ¿Mis clientes son españoles, intracomunitarios o extracomunitarios? En otros términos, ¿en qué estimación me encuentro, normal o simplificada? ¿Cuáles son mis obligaciones con las diferentes administraciones públicas? ¿Qué beneficios y deducciones conlleva darme de alta ahora? En este seminario web intentaremos darles respuesta a estas y otras preguntas, aclarando no solo las pautas a seguir, sino cómo afectan al proceso entero las nuevas reformas económicas aprobadas en el pasado año. Target audience Este seminario web está pensado para: - profesionales residentes en el territorio español; - espíritus emprendedores que tengan pensado iniciar una actividad económica; - autónomos que ya han dado el paso y quieran confirmar si lo han hecho correctamente. Learning objectives Este seminario web se propone: - identificar los factores que obligan a darse de alta como profesional autónomo; - explicar el proceso de alta en la Agencia Tributaria y en la Seguridad Social; - establecer el modelo de estimación adecuado; - describir las obligaciones de una actividad económica (modelos a presentar); - detallar las deducciones y los beneficios previstos por la ley vigente.
