A trilingual, Kannada- English- Konkani dictionary, said to be the first of its kind, will soon be available in the market.

Patha Darshini Seva Trust, which is working for welfare of poor students, has embarked on a project of publishing this dictionary which will work as a bridge between users of Kannada, English and Konkani. Containing more than 50,000 words, the dictionary will be a comprehensive compendium of words and phrases. The book will have around 1,500 pages of A4 size. Renowned scholar and preacher Rev Fr Basil Vas, parish priest, Alangar and Stephen Quadros, Permude, who has 22 years of experience as a teacher, are working behind the project. More.
