This article is an analysis of a judgment given by the French appeal court in Grenoble concerning a French law that obliges employers and companies to provide documentation in French. The situation was complicated as Danone, the company taken to court by the CGT, a French Trade Union, was actually providing a cheap MT software with its documentation.
