The world’s biggest poetry prize announced its 2011 judging panel Wednesday. Canadian Tim Lilburn joins Colm Toíbín from Ireland, and Chase Twichell, of the United States, as judges for the 2011 Griffin Poetry Prize.
The seven books shortlisted for the prize, which is for English-language collections, will be announced on April 5, 2011, in Toronto. (Four books are in the international category and three are in the Canadian group.)
The Griffin Poetry Prize will be awarded on June 1, 2011.
