Recommendation Nov 21, 2013

I would not recommend this video at all. I can hardly understand the speaker and his English proficiency is very poor. I was not able to learn anything and it was a waste of time and money.

Money back Nov 22, 2013

If you are dissatisfied with the video, you should not have to pay for it.

I think you are entitled to your money back.

Why don't you contact ProZ and request your money back?
