There's the Hôtel Mercure a short walk over the Pont-Vieux from the Palais de la Berbie - they have a nice terrace overlooking the Tarn... but I'll have a think, too

@Rod: Hôtel Mercure looks nice. I was also thinking of a small restaurant called Le Tournesol, do you know it? (not far from the Cathedral)

no, where is it? Mar 30, 2009

I was in Albi yesterday but didn't see the Tournesol, or indeed a sunflower, a girasole or a Sonnenblume - where have you hidden it?

Inform other members Mar 31, 2009

Hi Marianne,
It might be a good idea to inform other potential participants by browsing through the past powwows and sending them a message. I saw the powwow note purely by chance, and I am sure that some other prozians don't check the page regularly because it's been so long since our last powwow.

Hi Rod and all, I'm going to Albi this weekend to check out places and hopefully make a decision on the venue.
Hi Sabine, I sent a note to the private forum (didn't you get it?) and I've informed other friends/colleagues already. It looks like a few of you may be coming from Toulouse, so maybe you could share lifts...

Suite au message de Sabine Mar 31, 2009

Salut Marianne,

Track new topics Mar 31, 2009

@Sabine, in the actual private forum, in the top right hand corner there is an option to select e-mail tracking of "new topics" or "all posts".
Well, that is what mine says... in English, but I presume yours will say something similar in German

@Marianne :

Thanks, Natasha for the hint.
I would be interested in that your list.
I already informed all those who participated in the last 4 or 5 forums.

silly me Mar 31, 2009

I should have thought of mailing the Occitane list: I'll do it now.
Leila also sent me news of an SFT training in Toulouse on 18 April which I'll post there.
Sorry chums :embaressed:

Apr 1, 2009

... mais parfois des réponses bêtes:
go to the "Community" tab, select "Forums" (urgh! don't Americans do Latin any more?), then choose "Private Forums" and then "L'Occitanie" and you'll be there!
bisous à tout le monde!
