I strongly support Carolina - it's a nice place, with a good choice of what-to-eat-and-drink, and it also has some semi-private rooms, where we can communicate without shouting at each other Though I believe that we'd better book it in advance.

Hello - I'm also looking forward to the event! In terms of my "notetaking" capacity, I suppose I'll just bring the laptop and record anything noteworthy , if anyone has another idea of what 'notetaking' would entail, please let me know. In terms of the location, I think the Richtree suggestion would work nicely. The Richtree seems O.K. to me, I presume the one at 42 Yonge Street. As a phone interpreter I would prefer that we meet later in the day such as 4 or 5 P.M. but if lunch is the preferred time that would be O.K. too, I will try and make reservations once we have agreed on a time.
As for the agenda I thought that we could keep it simple such as.
1) Drop your card in the bowl for the chance to win one of my unknown (For now) paintings

I made the reservation for 4 P.M. as some of you have to leave before 7 and others can't come until 5 P.M.
Please make sure to note in your calendar.
