Ending a translation with Wf Pro

During the process of translation the TM is being updated.
However, when ending the translation the usual procedure is to press Alt+End. This program then doubles what has been created during the translation process. I begin to wonder the usefulness of this ending procedure if one would want to avoid a bloated TM.

Anyone with suggestions?
