In the organization I'm working for we've recently received a translation which basically followed very little of the instructions given to the freelancer.
It should have been done beforehand, but now it raises the need for us to write a clause stating the penalizations applicable in such cases. Any idea on how to find information about that subject?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,
I think in Italy it's possible to get this in the UNI standard for translation, or for sure in some rules from the Italian Association of Translation Agencies.
I guess you should find the same thing in Spain.
Ciao, Jean-Marie
