Powwow: Geneva - Switzerland

I have two possible venues for our powwow. One is a café in the Old Town in Geneva, and another is a small conference room downtown. I had also considered suggesting a potluck meal, but I don't know if everyone would like this idea. I would love your input and your suggestions, and the sooner you confirm attendance, the easier it would be to decide where to have the powwow (if it's quite small, the price the cafe wants to charge for the room is probably not worth it!).

I completely agree! That's why I want people to confirm their attendance as soon as they can, so I can pick the best place for us to have space, etc.

Before confirming the time/address, I would just like final feedback from all of you. Some have mentioned they would not be able to attend in the evening. What time, then, anywhere from 12-17 is good for you? I will pick a time when most are able to make it and post the address ASAP. Thanks all!

Sorry for the delay, I haven't had access for a bit. I wanted to confirm the time and place for everybody.
The place is a cafe called La Demi Lune, on Rue Etienne Dumont 3. It's in the Vieille Ville.

We'll be meeting 14h-16h (I hope that's okay for everyone). If you'd like your ID verified for Proz, please bring a valid ID.
From Gare Cornavin, you can take bus 3 to Croix-Rouge in the direction of Crêts-de-Champel, and from there it's a short (five minute) walk to the cafe.
If you're driving there, there's a parking nearby (St-Antoine) and popping the address into mappy will give you a very clear and easy map.
