The fuel consumption values shown (litres per 100 km) were established based on homologation tests prescribed by following European Directives: Directive CEE 715/2007 and CEE 692/2008.
The test procedures adopted for fuel consumption measuring are the following:
• Urban cycle: this test begins with a cold start, followed by a simulation of an urban route.
• Extra-urban cycle: this test involves frequent accelerations in all gears, simulating use of the vehicle on routes outside urban areas; the speed varies between 0 and 120 km/h (75 mph).
• Combined cycle: this is calculated by considering a route consisting of about 37% urban cycle and 63% extra-urban cycle.
CAUTION!
The type of route, traffic and weather conditions, driving style, general condition of the vehicle, equipment/accessories in the vehicle, use of the air conditioning system, vehicle load and other items or situations which may negatively affect
the vehicle aerodynamics or wind resistance lead to consumption ratios differing from the indicated ones.

• Improperly inflated tires are dangerous and can cause collisions.

• Unequal tire pressures can cause steering problems. You could lose control of your vehicle.

Headings: The subject headings of the Articles of this Agreement are included solely for the purposes of convenience and reference, and shall not be deemed to explain, modify, limit, amplify or aid in the meaning, construction or interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement.
2. Gender/Plurals: Whenever the context so requires, references to the male gender shall include references to the female, and references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa,
3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement shall be Invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
4. Modification: This Agreement shall not be modified or amended unless by a writing executed by a duly authorized officer of the Company and a duly authorized officer of Operator.
5. Waiver: No waiver shall be deemed to have been made by any Party of any right under this Agreement unless such waiver is in writing and signed by the Party making the waiver, and then such waiver shall be effective only with respect to the specific instance involved and shall in no way Impair or affect any of the rights of any such Party in any other respect or at any other time,
6. Assignment: This Agreement is not assignable without written consent of the Company and Operator, and any attempt to assign any rights, duties, or obligations which arise under this Agreement without such consent shall be void.
7. Costs and Attorneys' Fees: In any legal proceeding arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recovery of its costs and expenses of such proceedings, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
8. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

Feragat: Herhangi bir feragat yazılı olmadıkça ve feragatte bulunan tarafça imzalanmadıkça işbu Sözleşmeye tabi olarak herhangi bir Tarafça herhangi bir hak ile ilgili yapılan feragat kabul edilmeyecektir ve bu feragat sadece ilgili durum ile ilgili olarak geçerli olacak ve hiçbir şekilde bu Tarafın diğer açılardan veya diğer başka zamanlarda haklarının herhangi birine zarar vermeyecek veya etkilemeyecektir.
6. Devir: İşbu Sözleşme Şirket ve Operatörün yazılı izni olmaksızın devredilemez ve işbu Sözleşmeye tabi olarak herhangi bir hak, görev veya yükümlülüğün bu izin olmaksızın devredilmeye çalışılması geçersiz olacaktır.
7. Masraflar ve Avukatlık Ücretleri: İşbu Sözleşmeye tabi olarak ortaya çıkan tüm hukuki yargılamalarda, davayı kazanan taraf bu davalar nedeniyle ortaya çıkan masraf ve harcamalarını avukat ücretleri dahil olmak üzere geri alma hakkına sahip olacaktır.
