Source text - Romanian Diabetes is on the rise. Today, about 16 million people have the disease. But just 10 years ago, approximately 11 million people had it. Why is diabetes a growing problem? Among the reasons: People who weigh too much and do not get enough exercise have a higher risk for type 2 diabetes. And now there are more overweight people. In the past 10 years, the number of obese people has
jumped more than 50%. About a third of those with diabetes don’t know they have it. That is a troubling fact. Why? All people with diabetes have a higher risk for heart disease. A man’s risk is doubled. And for women with diabetes, it is worse. They are four times more likely to have heart disease. People with diabetes tend to be overweight. They often have high blood pressure
and high cholesterol.
WATCH OUT FOR THESE SYMPTOMS
If you have any of the warning signs of diabetes listed below, see your doctor as soon as possible. Remember: You can have diabetes without symptoms, too.
Keeping tabs on all risk factors for heart disease is important. With their doctor’s help, people with diabetes should set goals for controlling blood sugar. They also need goals for managing other risk factors for heart disease. Meeting those goals
will help protect their hearts and their health.
Translation - Romanian Diabetul este în crestere.

Priveşte-ţi mâna: are 5 degete.
Translation - English Love is a river that flows from an unseen ocean, but the faucets are in us, in our chest. What? You did not see that you have within you a faucet to give love? Well…what do you think the bellybutton is for? We alone can open the gates to offer and receive love as the air comes in and out. Love is the gift received by the ones who love!
How many types of love are there?
Look at your hand: it has 5 fingers. There are five kinds of love: the thumb points toward us, it is the love we have for ourselves. The forefinger points upward but close to us: it is the love for our parents. The middle finger points upward so we don’t forget about God. The ring finger is the romantic love for your mate, and the pinky is the love for the friends in our life. Look at your hand: see how many types of love you carry in yourself?
And now the goodnight wish (holding hands):
Good Night Clouds,
Good Night Sky,
Good Night Moon,
Keep us in your sight,
Sweet dreams give us tonight,
And tomorrow a straw in our milk cup we’ll find!
