Translation - English Pivotal trials of tumour molecular profiling using DNA microarrays have identified five intrinsic subtypes of breast cancer (BC). Although the triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) subgroup is considered as a single entity based on immunohistochemical (IHC) findings, molecular profiling revealed an unexpectedly high degree of heterogeneity. 50-75% of TNBC cases show a basal-like subtype breast cancer (BLBC) characterised by gene expression of normal basal and myoepithelial cells. In Legg-Calve-Perthes disease, the femoral head blood supply is disturbed and bone cells begin to die. The weakened bone tissue may split apart and the head may lose its spherical shape. The treatment is aimed at keeping the head within the glenoid cavity to maintain the femoral head sphericity. This can be done with a special plaster cast placed on the lower limbs as to fix them in a wide spread position for four to six weeks.

The maximum level of melatonin in the blood is observed between 24 hours of the night and 5 a.m.
Numerous clinical studies have shown an improvement in the quality of sleep after the administration of exogenous melatonin [15,16].

Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) are created in CNS of MS patients mainly by activated macrophages and microglia structures responsible for demyelinisation and axons disruption.
Translation - Russian Рассеянный склероз (РС) – хроническое, многофакторное заболевание центральной нервной системы (ЦНС), характеризующееся многократными рецидивами и (или) прогрессированием. Окислительный стресс является одним из определяющих факторов патогенеза РС, способствуя миграции лейкоцитов, что приводит к повреждению олигодендроцитов и аксонов.
