An info-mediary may offer users free Internet access or free hardware in exchange for detailed information about their surfing and purchasing habits. This is more likely to succeed than the pure promotion model. Data about consumers and their buying habits are extremely valuable. Especially when that information is carefully analysed and used to target marketing campaigns. Some firms are able to function as info-mediaries by collecting and selling information to other businesses. The model can also work in the other direction: providing consumers with useful information about the Web sites in a market segment that compete for their dollar.
The following eight models that are based on the on-line/transactional design strategy include Brokerage model; Retail model; Mall model; Advertising model; Subscription model; Community model; Manufacturer model; and Customisation model

Brokers are match-makers. They bring buyers and sellers together and facilitate transactions. Those can be business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), or consumer-to-consumer (C2C) markets. A broker makes its money by charging a fee for each transaction it enables.

(a) In making an order pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 3080), the court shall grant reasonable visitation rights to a parent unless it is shown that the visitation would be detrimental to the best interest of the child. In the discretion of the court, reasonable visitation rights may be granted to any other person having an interest in the welfare of the child.
(b) If a protective order, as defined in Section 6218, has been directed to a parent, the court shall consider whether the best interest of the child requires that any visitation by that parent be limited to situations in which a third person, specified by the court, is present, or whether visitation shall be suspended or denied. The court shall include in its deliberations a consideration of the nature of the acts from which the parent was enjoined and the period of time that has elapsed since that order. (c) If visitation is ordered in a case in which domestic violence is alleged and an emergency protective order, protective order, or other restraining order has been issued, the visitation order shall specify the time, day, place, and manner of transfer of the child, so as to limit the child’s exposure to potential domestic conflict or violence and to ensure the safety of all family members.

الباب 5. حقوق المشاهدة [3100-3105]

(أ) عند إصدار أمر وفقًا للباب 4 (الذي يبدأ بالقسم 3080)، تمنح المحكمة حقوق مشاهدة معقولة إلى أحد الوالدين إلاّ إذا تبيّن أنّ المشاهدة ستضرّ بالمصلحة العليا للولد. يجوز للمحكمة بناءً على استنسابها الخاص أن تمنح حقوق مشاهدة معقولة إلى أي شخص آخر له مصلحة في رعاية الولد.
(ب) في حال تمّ إرسال أمر حماية على النحو المحدّد في القسم 6218 إلى أحد الوالدين، تأخذ المحكمة في الاعتبار ما إذا كانت المصلحة العليا للولد تتطلّب أن تقتصر أي مشاهدة يقوم بها هذا الوالد على الحالات التي ينبغي فيها أن يكون شخص ثالث تحدّده المحكمة موجودًا أو ما إذا كان يجب تعليق المشاهدة أو رفضها. تنظر المحكمة في مداولاتها في طبيعة الأعمال التي تمّ منع الوالد عن القيام بها والفترة التي انقضت منذ إصدار ذلك الأمر. ويجوز لأحد الوالدين أن يرفع إلى المحكمة اسم الشخص الذي يرى من المناسب أن يكون موجودًا خلال المشاهدة.
(ت) في حال تمّ إصدار أمر بالمشاهدة في قضية يُزعم فيها ارتكاب أعمال العنف المنزلي وكان قد تمّ إصدار أمر حماية طارئ أو أمر حماية أو أمر تقييدي آخر، يحدّد أمر المشاهدة الوقت واليوم والمكان وطريقة ذهاب الولد بغية الحدّ من تعرّض الولد للخلاف الزوجي أو العنف المحتمل ولضمان سلامة كل أفراد الأسرة.
