Source text - Korean 보철시 이용되는 기성 지대주는 모든 환자의 구강상태에 이상적으로 적용되기에 는 여러 가지 한계점이 있다. 식립 위치가 부적절하거나 불량한 치관-임플란트 비율, 너무 얇거나 두꺼운 임플란트 주위조직은 기성 지대주에 의한 보철 수복을 어렵게 만든다. 맞춤형 지대주는 상부 보철물의 형태를 이상적으로 제작할 수 있어 보철물의 파절을 방지하며, 개개인의 치은형태에 맞추어 변연형성이 가능하므로 잔존 시멘트에 의한 부작용이나 식편압입 등을 예방할 수 있고, 위생관리가 용이하여 임플란트 주위 조직 건강에 유리하다는 장점이 있다.또한 임플란트 보철물의 심미성에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 심미적 요소의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 임플란트 보철물의 심미성은 임플란트 주위의 치주조직의 상태나 보철물에 사용되는 재료에 따라 영향을 받는다. 통상적으로 사용되는 티타늄 임플란트 지대주는 연조직 두께가 얇거나 치은 열구가 얕은 경우에 치은 부위에 회색빛 음영을 남기고, 치은퇴축 발생시에 치은연에서 티타늄이 노출되어 비심미적인 결과를 보일 수 있다.이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 치아 색상과 유사하고 생체적합성이 우수한 알루미나를 고밀집시켜 소결한 도재 지대주가 개발되어 사용되었다. 그러나, 알루미나 세라믹이 가지는 취성으로 인해 기능 중에 지대주 파절 등에 의한 실패가 보고되면서 주로 교합력이 낮은 전치부로 사용이 한정되었다. 최근에는 치아와 유사한 색상을 지니고 있고, 조직친화성을 보이며 부식과 마모저항성이 우수하고, 굴곡 강도와 파절 인성이 높은 지르코니아가 일반 치과 보철이나 임플란트의 재료로서 각광을 받고 있다.
Translation - English The prefabricated abutments used for implant-supported prosthesis have several limitations in being ideally applied to the oral conditions of all patients. Inadequate placement position, faulty crown-to-implant ratio, and too thin or thick tissue around the implant make restoration of prosthesis using a prefabricated abutment difficult. A customized abutment has advantages that, as the shape of upper prosthesis can be ideally produced, fracture of prosthesis can be prevented, and, as border molding can be done matching the gingival shape of each individual, the side effect caused by residual cement and food impaction can be prevented, and it is favorable to the health of the surrounding tissue because hygiene management is easy. Also, as the interest in aesthetics of implant prosthesis picks up, the importance of aesthetic factor is emphasized. The aesthetics of implant prosthesis is affected by the condition of the periodontal tissue around the implant and the material used for the prosthesis. A generally used titanium implant abutment leaves a gray shadow at the gingival part in the case the thickness of the soft tissue is thin or the gingival sulcus is shallow, and may show a non-aesthetic result as titanium is exposed from the gingival margin when gingival retraction occurs. In order to overcome such a problem, a ceramic abutment produced by sintering, at high density, alumina of which the color is similar to that of tooth and the biocompatibility is superior was developed and used. But, as failures caused by abutment fracture during functioning due to the brittleness of alumina ceramics have been reported, its use is limited mainly to anterior teeth of which the bite force is weak. Recently, zirconia of which the color is similar to that of tooth, and which has tissue affinity, superior corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and high flexural strength and fracture toughness is getting the limelight as a material for general dental prosthesis or implant.

Source text - English Many forms of abatement have their drawbacks. Burn-wet abatement is fairly common across the industry. When hydrocarbon fuel is burned, carbon dioxide is produced and often so is carbon monoxide. CO2 is a global warming gas and CO is toxic. The rate at which these gases are emitted is determined by to the amount of fuel that is burned. Figure 2 is a compound diagram which shows how CO emissions from the exhaust of the abatement are tied to fuel flow. When the fuel flow is reduced the CO emissions are reduced. With iSYS, fuel flow can be reduced when not required. The overall fuel usage for an installation and the resulting CO and CO2 emissions are drastically reduced. Based on the reduction of fuel consumption alone, the emissions of CO2 may be reduced by thousands of kilograms annually by synchronizing the abatement operation to the process tool.
Translation - Korean 많은 형태의 저감 장치들은 결점을 가지고 있다. Burn-wet abatement(연소 후 습식 처리 배출 저감 장치)는 산업 전체에 걸쳐 매우 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 탄화 수소 연료가 연소될 때, 이산화탄소가 생성되며 가끔 일산화탄소 또한 생성된다. CO2 는 지구 온난화 가스이고 CO는 독성이 있다. 이 가스들이 배출되는 양은 연소된 연료의 양에 의해 결정된다. 그림 2는 저감 장치의 배기관에서 배출되는 CO가 어떻게 연료 유량과 결부되어 있는지를 보여주는 화합물 도표이다. 연료 유량이 줄어들면 CO 배출이 줄어든다. iSYS를 사용하면, 필요하지 않을 경우 연료 유량을 줄일 수 있다. 하나의 설비를 위한 전체적인 연료 사용량 및 결과로 나타나는 CO 및 CO2 배출이 급격히 줄어들었다. 연료 소비 절감만을 감안해도, 저감 장치의 운용을 공정 도구와 동기화함으로써 CO2의 배출을 매년 수천 킬로그램씩 절감할 수 있다.
