Source text - Bosnian Za realizaciju efikasnih web konferencijskih predavanja od profesora se zahtijeva dobra priprema časa, kreativnost i visok nivo digitalne kompetencije. WebEx pruža širok spekar alata čijom se pravilnom i dobro osmišljenom upotrebom može postići visok stepen interaktnosti i kolaboracija sa studentima ali i podstaći njihova zainteresiranost i motivacija za aktivno učešće na kursu. WebEx pooling omogućava brze povratne informacije o nivou usvojenog znanja, načinu razmišljanja i problemima sa kojim se studenti suočavaju u toku praćenja predavanja. WebEx pooling, zajedno sa eCampus-enabled assessments, su značajno promjenili način i dinamiku praćenja i provjere znanja studenata, koje više nije rezervisano samo za sredinu i kraj semestra. Korištenjem pooling više puta tokom jednog predavanja, profesor je mogao prilagoditi dinamiku i način izvođenja predavanja dinamici usvajanja znanja od strane studenata, te je također podsticao interaktivnost i fokusiranost kod studenata. Ovako dobijene povratne informacije omogućavaju profesoru da uoči uska grla u procesu usvajanja znanja tokom web konferencijskih predavanja, te u skladu sa tim profesor može unaprijediti svoja predavanja za naredne generacije studenata. Pored poolinga, koristile su se i druge WebEx mogućnosti za procjenu studentskog znanja i podsticanje njihove aktivnosti tokom izvođenja web konferencijskih predavanja. Jedna od njih je predavanje kontrole nad dokumentima i aplikacijama koje se izvode na računaru profesora studentima na udaljenim lokacijama.
Translation - English Having an effective web conference lecture is dependent on the professor’s creativity and high level of digital competence. WebEx offers a wide spectrum of tools which, when used properly and intelligently, can achieve a high level of interactivity and collaboration with students, as well as spark their interest and motivation and active participation in the course. WebEx pooling option enables fast feedback on the level of acquired knowledge, way of thinking and problems students face in the course of learning. WebEx pooling, along with eCampus-enabled assessments have considerably changed the dynamics and mode of monitoring and assessing students’ knowledge, which is no longer contained only to the mid and end part of the semester. Using pooling more than once during a lecture, the professor could adapt the dynamics and mode of conducting the class to the dynamics of knowledge acquisition by the students, and it also prompted interactivity and concentration of the students. Feedback generated in this manner can enable the professor to detect shortcomings in the process of knowledge acquisition in the process of web conference lectures, and in accordance to that the professor can improve his/her lectures for the next generation of students. Apart from pooling, other WebEx features were used to assess students’ knowledge and prompt their active involvement in the course of web conference lectures. One of them is pass the ball – an action which gives control to a student from different locations over professor’s applications and programs.
