Benvenuti a business in pillole, un minuto per capirne di più di economia finanza e sul mondo degli affari. Oggi capiamo che cosa sono gli indici azionari.
Gli indici azionari sono la sintesi del valore del paniere di titoli azionari che rappresentano. I movimenti dell’indice sono una buona approssimazione del variare nel tempo della valorizzazione dei titoli compresi nel portafoglio. Esistono differenti metodologie di calcolo degli indici, a seconda della ponderazione, l’importanza, che viene attribuita ad ogni singola azione del paniere.
Si distingue tra:
Indici equally weighted: questi sono caratterizzati dall’uguaglianza dei fattori di ponderazione per tutti i titoli che compongono l'indice.
Indici price weighted: in questo caso il peso associato ad ogni titolo varia in funzione del suo prezzo (se il prezzo di un titolo aumenta più degli altri, automaticamente aumenta anche il suo peso all'interno dell'indice)
Indici value weighted: Questi risolvono i problemi dei precedenti in quanto il peso di ciascun titolo risulta proporzionale alla sua capitalizzazione di borsa.
La maggior parte dei principali indici mondiali sono pertanto calcolati con la metodologia value weighted; tra questi ricordiamo gli americani S&P 500 e gli indici Nyse Composite, l’italiano FTSE MIB
Gli indici azionari possono inoltre sottolineare specifiche realtà se classificati ad esempio in base al settore industriale cui fanno riferimento i titoli presenti nel portafoglio (ad esempio gli indici Stoxx settoriali) o alla zona geografica cui appartengono (ad es. indici MSCI)

Stock market indexes are the synthesis of the value of the market basket of the shares they represent. Index movements are a good approximate of the way the value of shares included in the portfolio vary over time. There are different methods to calculate indexes, according to the weighting and importance that are attributed to each and every share in the market basket.
There are three different methods:
Equally weighted indexes: These are characterized by the parity of the weighting factors for all shares that comprise the index.
Price weighted indexes: In this case the weight associated with each share varies according to its price (if the price of a share rises more than the others, its weight automatically rises inside the index)
Value weighted indexes: These resolve the problem of the previous example in that the weight of each share is proportional to its capitalization on the Stock Exchange.
The majority of the world's foremost indexes are therefore calculated using the value weighted method; these include the American S&P 500 and the Nyse Composite Indexes, as well as the Italian index FTSE MIB.
Stock market indexes can furthermore highlight specific information, if classified for example on the basis of the industrial sector to which the shares present in the portfolio refer (for example sectorial Stoxx indexes), or by the geographical area to which they belong (e.g. MSCI indexes).

Ha abbondanti fiumi e un paesaggio naturale con laghi, ruscelli e cascate. Lo Stato copre un'area di 1.57 milioni di chilometri quadrati e, a causa della molteplicità dei fiumi, della varietà del suo ecoturismo e dei paesaggi, è uno dei principali luoghi di attrazione turistica. Per questo motivo offre numerosi hotel nella foresta chiamati "ecolodge".

Quando l'acqua si ritira, le isole sommerse riappaiono e, con loro, una grande varietà di animali. Ai confini del Rio Negro, le città di Barcelos e Novo Airão hanno in comune parte del territorio occupato dal parco nazionale del Jau e le rovine storiche del Airão Velho, resti delle prime occupazioni europee. I numerosi ruscelli e i laghi tipici di un paesaggio naturale e idilliaco unito alle attrazioni religiose sono fantastiche.
