4) Bir veya birden fazla içki ile, karıştırılması ile üretilen içkidir.
Translation - English Distilled Alcoholic Beverage means an alcoholic beverage;
a) prepared for human consumption,
b) having particular organoleptic qualities, and except for egg liqueurs, a minimum alcoholic strength of 15 % per volume at +20 °C,
c) produced either directly by the distillation, with or without added flavorings, of natural fermented products, and/or by the maceration of vegetable substances and/or the addition of flavorings, sugars or other sweetening products according to the Turkish Food Codex and/or other agricultural products to ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin and/or to distillate of agricultural origin and/or to spirit,
d) or by the mixture of a distilled alcoholic beverage with:
1) one or more other distilled alcoholic beverage,
2) ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, distillate of agricultural origin, or spirit,
3) one or more alcoholic beverage,
4) one or more beverages.
