Translation - English “The succession process commences in respect of the entire estate at the decedent’s domicile. The court located at the same place with the decedent’s domicile has territorial jurisdiction over any case filed for the revocation or restriction of any of the testamentary dispositions of the decedent, the division of the estate, or the restitution of any asset in connection with succession.”
