All who participate will receive the usual care offered in this hospital, and in addition some but not all will be given one extra treatment chosen at random from a few untested treatments. Clinical examination revealed tachycardia (150 beats/min), blood pressure of 125/79 mm Hg, fetus in breech (pelvic) presentation, and an intact amniotic membrane.
