El siguiente es el detalle básico de información financiera y contable que se requiere. Eventualmente se va a solicitar más información o documentación, en razón de consultas, hallazgos, etc.
La fecha de los estados financieros a analizar se establece en el 30 de abril de 2008 como referencia; sin embargo debe ser el cierre contable más reciente disponible.

1. Estados financieros interinos de la empresa al 30 de abril del 2008.
2. The following is a basic detail of the required financial and accounting information. Further information and documentation will be requested on the basis of queries, findings, etc.
The date of the financial statements to be analyzed is set as of April 30, 2008; nonetheless, yearend must be the most recent available.
Financial Statements
1. Company’s Interim Financial Statements as of April 30, 2008.
2. Trial Balance as of April 30, 2008 and subsidiary accounting ledgers on details of the composition of all accounts that require so in order to know their structure (Banks, Sundry Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable from Related Companies, Accounts Receivable from Officers and Executives, Prepaid Expenses, Other Assets; Accounts Payable to Suppliers, Accounts Payable to Related Companies, Sundry Accounts Payable, Accounts Payable to Officers and Directors, Accrued Expenses Payable, Withholdings Payable, etc.)
