A végzés ellen a kézhezvételtől számított 15 napig lehet fellebbezni. A fellebbezést a zalaegerszegi bírósághoz kell postázni, az eljáró közjegyzővel együtt 2 papír alapon vagy elektronikus úton.
Belföldi székhelyű gazdálkodó szervezet [Pp.7.§(1) bek.6.- kivéve a lakásszövetkezetek és egyéb adószámmal nem rendelkező egyesületek és alapítványok és ], a jogi személy és egyéb kötelezett a 2015. évi CCXXII. törvény alapján elektronikusan köteles benyújtani.
Az elektronikus fellebbezést a Magyar Országos Közjegyzői Kamara (MOKK), gépi irodatároló [Iroda neve: Magyar Országos Közjegyzői Kamara (gépi) rövid neve:MOKKIT, KRID: 342479118] rendszerezett nyomtatványon keresztül kell postázni az eljáró közjegyzőnek. (Elérhető: www.mokk.hu)
A fellebbezés illetékköteles. Az illeték 10.000HUF [Itv.47§(2)bek.], amely papír alapon illetékbélyeggel fizetendő, az elektronikus űrlap illetékét átutalással lehet megfizetni a Zalaegerszegi Törvényszéki Kincstár 10032000-01012523 bankszámlaszámára. Az átutalás közleményrészében fel kell tüntetni a Zalaegerszegi Törvényszék 2000-es számát, a díjfizető nevét, valamint a fellebbezett ügyirat számát és sorszámát.
Translation - English The Notary Notifies the inheritor about inheritence of the automobile, that 15 days after the finalization of the probate, he/she legaly required to notify the traffic authority registry about the change of ownership, and has to take measures to sign a motor liability insurance contract,
The order can be appealed for 15 days after the reception. The appeal has to be mail to the court of zalaegerszeg, with the acting notary public on 2 paper or electronically.

The electronical appeal has to be mail to the acting notary public trough the Hungarian National Chamber of Notaries(MOKK), machine office storage [Bureau name: Hungarian National Chamber of Notaries (Machine) short name:MOKKIT, KRID: 342479118] with the systematized form. (Accesable: www.mokk.hu)
The appeal is subject to duty. The fee is 10.000HUF [Itv.47§(2)bek.] which is payable by duty stamp in case of paper, the electronic form fee can be payed by money transfer to the 10032000-01012523 bank account number of the Zalaegerszeg court treasury. In the transfer’s announcement part has to contain the number 2000 of the Zalaegerszeg court, the name of the fee’s payer, and the appeled doucment’s number and the serial number.
