Source text - English 15.1 In accordance with article 14.2, the DISTRIBUTOR is entitled to use the TRADEMARKS and the INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS to the sole purpose of the promotion and the sale of the PRODUCTS in the TERRITORY. The DISTRIBUTOR shall periodically and regularly inform
X of such use, also delivering to X a pdf copy of each and all the materials including the TRADEMARKS and/or the INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. Should X consider that such use of the TRADEMARKS and/or of the INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS is not appropriate, X shall inform the DISTRIBUTOR which shall promptly take any action to
comply with X’s directives and shall provide X with a full copy of the modified material.
15.2 In any case, the DISTRIBUTOR (a) shall obtain X’s previous written authorization for
any use of the TRADEMARKS in any communication/advertisement campaign carried out in
press, radio and television and (b) shall strictly conform to X’s directives regarding the
presentation of PRODUCTS and TRADEMARKS.
15.3 The DISTRIBUTOR declares and acknowledges that the AGREEMENT does and shall
not grant any right on the TRADEMARKS and/or INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The DISTRIBUTOR
shall not either use the TRADEMARKS and/or INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
or any part of them in its company, business, legal

15.2 В любом случае, ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР (а) должен получить предварительную письменную авторизацию X на любое использование ТОВАРНОГО ЗНАКА в любой ознакомительной/рекламной кампании в СМИ, на радио или на телевидении и (б) будет четко придерживаться указаний X, касающихся презентации ПРОДУКЦИИ и ТОВАРНОГО ЗНАКА.
15.3 ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР заявляет и признает, что СОГЛАШЕНИЕ не передает и не будет передавать любые права на ТОВАРНЫЙ ЗНАК и/или ПРАВА НА ПРОМЫШЛЕННУЮ СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ. ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР не будет использовать ТОВАРНЫЙ ЗНАК и/или ПРАВА НА ПРОМЫШЛЕННУЮ СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ или их части в своей компании, бизнесе, официальном и/или фирменном названии за исключением случаев, когда это делается в рамках СОГЛАШЕНИЯ.
