If you’re new to yoga, walking into your first class can be an intimidating experience. But rest assured, you are in the right place. Just having the courage to walk into the studio means you belong there, means you are qualified to be there, means you are ready to take a chance.
Nothing about you—not your ability to afford a class or the gear, not your skin color, not your body type, not your preconceived notions of what a yoga student looks like—should limit your willingness to take up yoga.
If yoga is meant to accomplish anything, it’s the ability to clear your mind and do something good for yourself.

While we’re still polishing up the new experience, you can try it now! Select the Try the new Teams toggle in the upper-left corner of the Windows desktop. Toggle back and forth between the new Teams and the legacy version (classic Teams) as many times as you like—in fact, we encourage it! Let us know what you think in our Teams Feedback Portal.
Don’t see the toggle? Try signing out and back in, or check with your IT administrator for guidance on when your organization will be enabling the new Teams experience.

The current Teams app wasn’t built in a day, and the new Teams won’t be either. Many of the features you know and love from classic Teams are already in the new experience, but others—like breakout rooms and 3rd party apps—are still being worked on.
