Source text - English The Chinese Investors shall be responsible for all license-related expenses duly receipted by PAGCOR amounting to roughly USD 1.5 Million, the initial estimate. It should be noted, however, that based on the table of fees from the PAGCOR website, the actual receipted fees are USD 1,850,100.00 (for E-Casino with Sports Betting) while USD 1,580,100.00 (for E-Casino Only). On the other hand, the Philippine Partner shall take charge of the expenses for facilitating (un receipted) the issuance of the POGO license with the Board of Directors of the PAGCOR and the local government of Paranaque for the issuance of the Letter of No Objection (LONO) approximately USD 1.5 Million.
The Chinese Investors shall advance and shall make the receipted fund available at any time to the Philippine Partner for payment to PAGCOR in the amount of USD 2 Million representing the fees for E-Casino with Sports Betting and receipted LONO (Be it noted that as per the PAGCOR manual found in the website, the applicant for the POGO License has only three (3) months to submit the requirements and to pay the receipted fees, hence, the fund must available anytime)
