Source text - Arabic نسبة من عرب اليوم اكتسبت مواصفات الشخصية الحديثة لكن النسبة الكبيرة اخذت من بعض خصائص الحداثة و احتفظت بخصائص اخرى تقليدية.لذلك لم يوفق العرب في مجاراة بقية العالم في مجالات تتصل بالحداثة مثل قبول و احترام الاخر و المساواة بين الجنسين و قيم الديموقراطية لذلك يعاني عرب اليوم مشكلة رئيسية هي العيش خارج المسار العالمي.
Translation - English Group of today’s Arabs has acquired the profile of the modern personality, but the majority adopted some of the characteristics of modernity and kept other traditional specifications. Therefore Arabs could not succeed in keeping up with the rest of the world in areas that are related to modernity, such as acceptance and respect of others, gender equality, and democratic values. So Arabs today have a major problem: living off the global track.

Source text - English Okonkwo was well known throughout the nine villages and even beyond. His fame rested on solid personal achievements. As a young man of eighteen he had brought honour to his village by throwing Amalinze the CatjAmalinze was the great wrestler who for seven years was unbeaten, from Umuofia to Mbaino. He was called the Cat because his back would never touch the earth. It was this man that Okonkwo threw in a fight which the old men agreed was one of the fiercest since the founder of their town engaged a spirit of the wild for seven days and seven nights:)
The drums beat and the flutes sang and the spectators held their breath. Amalinze was a wily craftsman, but Okonkwo was as slippery as a fish in water. Every nerve and every muscle stood out on their arms, on their backs and their thighs, and one almost heard them stretching to breaking point. In the end Okonkwo threw the Cat. That was many years ago, twenty years or more, and during this time Okonkwo's fame had grown like a bush-fire in the harmattan. He was tall and huge, and his bushy eyebrows and wide nose gave him a very severe look. He breathed heavily, and it was said that, when he slept, his wives and children in their out-houses could hear him breathe. When he walked, his heels hardly touched the ground and he seemed to walk on springs, as if he was
going to pounce on somebody. And he did pounce on people quite often. He had a slight stammer and whenever he was angry and could not get his words out quickly enough, he would use his fists. He had no patience with unsuccessful men. He had had no patience with his father.
Unoka, for that was his father's name, had died ten years ago. In his day he was lazy and improvident and was quite incapable of thinking about tomorrow. If any money came his way, and it seldom did, he immediately bought gourds of palm-wine, called round his neighbours and made merry. He always said that whenever he saw a dead man's mouth he saw the folly of not eating what one had in one's lifetime. Unoka was, of course, a debtor, and he owed every neighbour some money, from a few cowries to quite substantial amounts. He was tall but very thin and had a slight stoop. He wore a haggard and mournful look except when he was drinking or playing on his flute. He was very good on his flute, and his happiest moments were the two or three moons after the harvest when the village musicians brought down their instruments, hung above the fireplace. Unoka would play with them, his face beaming with blessedness and peace. Sometimes another village would ask Unoka's band and their dancing egwugwu to come and stay with them and teach them their tunes. They would go to such hosts for as long as three or four markets, making music and feasting. Unoka loved the good fare and the good fellowship, and he loved this season of the year, when the rains had stopped and the sun rose every morning with dazzling beauty. And it was not too hot either, because the cold and dry harmattan wind was blowing down from the north .

البنوك الاسلامية مؤسسات مالية تؤدي الوظائف المصرفية التي لا غنى للاقتصاد عنها و لكن على أساس المبادئ الإسلامية ومن دون اللجوء إلى ما يسمى بالفائدة.
فأساس عمل البنوك الإسلامية هو مبدأ المشاركة في الربح و الخسارة ، وهو مبدأ مستمد من القاعدة الشرعية "الغنم بالغرم" و هو مبدأ عام لا يمثل صيغة معينة من المعاملات المصرفية ، إذ أن المعاملات مستقاة جلها من هذا المبدأ العام.
ومقتضى قاعدة "الغنم بالغرم'' أن المستثمر معرض للربح و الخسارة، ولا يصح له أن يضمن لنفسه الغنم و يرمي بالغرم على عاتق غيره ، وهي قاعدة تضع الحاصل على التمويل و مقدم التمويل أي البنك الإسلامي في درجة واحدة من المخاطر و في الأمل لتحقيق الأرباح بخلاف أدوات الاستثمار الربوي التي تعمل على محاباة رؤوس الأموال ضد المخاطر و تأمينها بينما تعرض المقترض لمخاطر التمويل.
تعريف البنك الإسلامي
من الشائع تعريف البنك الإسلامي على أنه مؤسسة مصرفية لا تتعامل بالفائدة أخذا أو عطاء ، فالبنك الإسلامي ينبغي أن يتلقى من العملاء نقودهم من دون أي التزام او تعهد عند الطلب، وحينما يستخدم ما لديه من موارد نقدية في أنشطة استثمارية أو تجارية فإنه لا يقرض أو يداين أحدا مع اشتراط الفائدة، وإنما يقوم بتمويل للنشاط على أساس المشاركة فيما يتحقق من ربح، فإذا تحققت خسارة فإنه يتحملها مع أصحاب النشاط الذين قام بتمويلهم، وبينما يضع هذا التعريف تفرقة بين البنك الإسلامي وغيره من البنوك ، إلا أنه ينصب على ركن واحد وهو عدم التعامل بالفائدة ، هذا الركن يعتبر شرطا ضروريا لقيام البنك الإسلامي و لكن ليس شرطا كافيا فهناك تجارب و ممارسات مصرفية عالمية لا تعتمد على التمويل بالدين الذي يرتكز على الفائدة.
و لكي يكتمل تعريف البنك الإسلامي لابد من إضافة بند جديد الى شرط تحريم الفائدة، وهو الالتزام في نواحي نشاطه و معاملاته المختلفة بقواعد الشريعة الإسلامية.
وبالتالي يلتزم بعدم الاستثمار أو تمويل أي أنشطة مخالفة للشريعة ، والالتزام بمقاصد الشريعة في ابتغاء مصلحة المجتمع الإسلامي، ومن ثم العمل على توجيه ما لديه من موارد مالية الى أفضل الاستخدامات الممكنة/ وبالإضافة الى ذلك فإن القيم
الأخلاقية والقواعد الشرعية تستلزم تقديم النصيحة للعملاء و التشاور معهم لتحقيق مصالحهم الفردية في إطار المصلحة الجماعية.

Islamic Banks are financial institutions that provide the normal banking services,which are an indispensable part of the Economy , but grounded in the tenets of the Islamic faith without resorting to what is called Interest. The basis of Islamic banks is the principle of sharing in profit and loss.It is a principle comes from the Islamic law ''Gain is with Risk''which is a general principle that does not represent a specific form of banking transactions,as the transactions are mostly driven from this general principle. and according to the previous rule ,the investor can gain or lose, and can not guarantee for himself the gain and throw the loss to others. It is a rule that places the financing recipient and the provider of financing,which is the Islamic bank, in one degree of risk and hopes to achieve profits, unlike interest-based investment tools that favor capital against risks and secure them while exposing the borrower to financing risk
Definition of Islamic Banks
It is common to define an Islamic bank as a banking institution that prohibits the collection and payment of interest by lenders and investors. An Islamic bank should receive from customers their money without any commitment or pledge when requesting, and when it uses its cash resources in investment or commercial activities, it does not lend or owe Anyone with a stipulation of interest. Rather, he finances the activity on the basis of participation in the profit achieved, and if a loss is realized, he shall share it with the owners of the activity who financed them, and while this definition sets a distinction between an Islamic bank and other banks, it focuses on one pillar, which is to not deal with interest. This condition is a necessary one,for establishing an Islamic bank, but it is not a sufficient condition. Translation - English Investing in human beings as a means to political purposes and sacrifice them against their will (with exploitation, misleading, and opacity ) is a crime in all cases. Especially, when the purposes that came from are against this use, such as revolution, social justice, human dignity, and the continuation of the political class to this kind of interactive practice on society using it, would reduce from the legitimacy of the entire political system.
