The Parties acknowledged their contractual competence and agreed as follows:

Whereas, the First Party owns plot No (78) in Zahrat Al-Lotus quarter, District (6), under Allocation Decision No. 267L dated 1/1/2015 issued by the New Urban Communities Authority for Plot No. (78) in Zahrat Al-Lotus quarter, District (6), New Cairo, and under Building Permit No. (4346) issued by the New Cairo Development Authority in 2015 to construct a residential building consisting of a basement, a ground floor, four floors and rooftop rooms, on the plot of a total area of (882,03) square meters. These terms and conditions are in substitution for all previous agreements and arrangements between you and the Company relating to your employment which are hereby terminated by mutual consent.
1. Job Title and Duties
