Attention!
When replacing the pump, check the electrical connection of the pump for corrosion.
If there are visible signs of corrosion, the cables between the pump and the SCR module must be replaced.
Also the connector on the SCR module and the module itself must be checked, and in case of corrosion, they must be replaced.
Select the procedure "Activations for AdBlue" in the ACTIVATIONS page and select the function "Commissioning the SCR exhaust gases after-treatment system".
Warnings:
The auxiliary relay has to be checked and replaced if necessary, because otherwise also the new control unit would be destroyed.
If a starter motor is installed having the reference number MB 0061511501 A, the internal resistance of the relay is 12-14 ohm.
Instructions:
If also error codes 1315 or 1316 are active, replace the control unit.
Fault causes:
The sensor is defective.
Short circuit to positive on the cable between Pin 37 of connector A of the SCR module and Pin 4 of the sensor.
Short circuit to positive, to ground or open circuit on the cable between Pin 32 of connector A of the SCR module and Pin 3 of the sensor.
Open circuit on the cable between Pin 34 of connector A of the SCR module and Pin 2 of the sensor.
Open circuit on the cable between Pin 38 of connector A of the SCR module and Pin 1 of the sensor.
Short circuit to ground on the cable between Pin 17 of connector A of the SCR module and Pin 2 of the temperature sensor upstream of the catalyst.
Short circuit to ground on the cable between Pin 25 of connector A of the SCR module and Pin 1 of the temperature sensor downstream of the catalyst.

Ao substituir a bomba, verificar se existe corrosão nas ligações eléctricas da bomba.

Avisos:
O relé auxiliar tem que ser verificado e substituído se necessário pois, caso contrário, também a nova unidade de controlo seria destruída.
