Ceramics have become increasingly important in modern industry due to their good mechanical and physical properties. Ceramic parts are generally produced by combination of compaction and sintering. However, cracks and distortions have been recognized as the most significant concerns, and often limit the application of uniaxial die compaction technology to produce large- scale ceramic parts. Cracks in powder metallurgy (P/M) components primarily originate from the compaction prior to the sintering [1-4]. Usually, micro-cracks that are invisible during the compaction are carried over and enlarged during the sintering. Another common challenge in sintering is the dimensional control of the sintered products. Warpage could occur as a result of green density gradient, friction drag (caused by the support material), gravity, and temperature gradient [4].
Uniaxial die compaction is the simplest form of consolidation process that has been extensively used to densify powder materials. One disadvantage of this technique, however, is the variation of the pressed density that can occur at different locations of the parts. This density distribution mainly originates from particle-particle and dies wall-particle friction, which cause quality issues such as cracking and warpage during the sintering. Especially, when a large part size is considered, the poor control over the density uniformity of the green part becomes significant and results in part failure.

Keramika postaje sve bitnija u modernoj industriji zbog svojih dobrih mehaničkih i fizičkih osobina. Keramički delovi generalno se proizvode kombinacijom kompakcije i sinterovanja. Međutim, naprsnuća i distorzija su prepoznate kao najveći razlog za brigu, i često limitiraju primenu jednosovinskih kalupa pri kompakcionoj tehnologiji proizvodnje većih keramičkih elemenata. Naprsnuća u komponentama nastalim u metalurgiji prahova(P/M) uglavnom potiču od sabijanja koje prethodi sinterovanju. Iako naprsnuća možda nisu vidljiva pre no što dođe do sinterovanja, uzrok je najčešće loše međučestično vezivanje koje se dešava pre sinterovanja.(1-4). Obično one mikro-naprsline koje su nevidljive tokom sabijanja, prenose se i postaju veće tokom sinterovanja. Još jedan uobičajeni izazov u sinterovanju je kontrola veličine proizvoda koji se sinteruje. Deformacije se mogu desiti i kao rezultat gradijenta čiste gustine, vučenja prilikom trenja (uzrokovano materijalom koji drži prah), gravitacije i temperaturnog nagiba(4).
Kompakcija jednoosovinskim kalupom je najjednostavniji oblik konsolidacionog procesa koji je uveliko koristi za zgušnjavanje praškastih materijala. Jedna negativna strana ove tehnike je varijacija presovane gustine koja se može javiti na različitim lokacijama delova koji se prave. Ova distribucija gustine uglavnom potiče od trenja čestice na česticu kao i trenja u odnosu zida kalupa na česticu, koji može prouzročiti probleme kvaliteta kao što su pucanje i deformacije tokom sinterovanja. Posebno kada se uzme u obzir pravljenje velikih delova loša kontrola nad ujednačenošću gustine čistih delova postaje bitna i može kao rezultat imati loše delove.

For Zpex and Zpex Smile grades, we offer Yellow, Pink and Gray master batches. These 3-4 materials can be mixed in order to generate the 16 dental shades A1-D4.
Enclosed a sample of Zpex and Zpex Smile mixing.
But for TZ-3YSBE we do not have a Pink nor a gray version…just only the TZ-Yellow-SBE grade.
You might want to consider a color liquid dipping technology (like from 3M ESPE) for TZ-3YSBE grades, but this could be subject to license fees. Tosoh cannot supply such color liquids however.
Translation - Serbian Za 3YSBE imamo samo osnovnu seriju boje TZ-Žuto-SBE. Ovo dvoje se može mešati da bi se dobile nijanse žute, u odnosu na koncentraciju mešavine.
Za Zpex i Zpex Smile nudimo Žutu, Pink i Sivu osnovnu seriju. Ova tri-četiri materijala mogu se mešati da bi se dobilo 16 dentalnih nijansi A1-D4.
U PRILOGU PIRMERAK Zpex i Zpex Smile mešavine.
Ali za TZ-3YSBE nemamo Pink ni Sivu verziju, samo TZ- Žutu –SBE nijansu. Možda bi trebalo da razmotrite tehnologiju umakanja u tečne boje ( kao na primer 3M ESPE) za TZ-3YSBE, ali ovo bi moglo zahtevati plaćanje licence. U svakom slučaju, Tosoh ne može da vam dostavi takve tečnosti za bojenje.

you can set 4 levels of different PID.
It is for setting when the program ends, to run for one time only or to be continued.
It is for setting in which segment you want the time signal alarm to start (in program function).
For Example:
If you want it to alarm in segment 2, you may set it as 2 .
It is for setting in what time you want the alarm to perform. For Example:
If your segment 2 is set as 10 minutes and you want the controller to
alarm at the 6th minute, you may set tiOn 6th in this case the alarm will perform in segment 2, and start from the 6th minute.
It is for setting in which segment you want the time signal to end
(in program function). For Example:
If you want it to end in segment 5, you may set it as 5 .
It is for selecting what time you want the alarm to end. For Example:
If your segment 5 is set as 5 minutes and you want the alarm to end
at 3rd minute, you may set T1oF as 3 in this case the alarm will end at the 3rd minute in segment 5.
It is for selecting which level of PID you have set; then you can watch its PID value.
For Example:
If you set it as 3, you can watch L3P1, L3I1, L3d1 .......
But first you need to set the Pid parameter in CntL Level as Lpid, and
Lev1 to Lev3 in SPC level.

Non-clinical testing and MRI simulations were performed to evaluate the entire family of the **** Carotid Stent. Non-clinical testing demonstrated that the entire family of the **** Carotid Stent is MR Conditional. A patient with an implant from this family can be scanned safely in an MR system under the following conditions:
• Static magnetic field of 1.5-Tesla and 3-Tesla, only
• Maximum spatial gradient magnetic field of 4,000-gauss/cm (40-T/m)
• Maximum MR system reported, whole body averaged specific absorption rate (SAR) of 2-W/kg for 15 minutes of scanning (i.e., per pulse sequence) in the Normal Operating Mode
Under the scan conditions defined, the **** Carotid Stent is expected to produce a maximum temperature rise of 5.0˚C after 15-minutes of continuous scanning (i.e., per pulse sequence).
In non-clinical testing, the image artifact caused by the **** Carotid Stent extends approximately 5-mm from this device when imaged with a gradient echo pulse sequence and a 3-Tesla MR system. The lumen of the **** Carotid Stent cannot be visualized on the gradient echo or T1-weighted spin echo pulse sequences.

I have worked as translator and interpreter for Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Bosnia from 1996 to 1998.
I have worked for OSCE in Bosnia on electoral process, starting from census, throughout voters registration, to the meetings with political party candidates, then actual elections and all the way to the final counting of ballot papers. Being involved in this process on two separate occasions, for local and general elections improved not only my language skills and enriched my vocabulary but it gave me an unique insight into the world of politics and politicians.
Two years of experience as translator and interpreter for UN (United Nations) in Bosnia.
I have been working for UN IPTF (International police task force) and not only did I get to meet people from around the world (it is UN after all), working closely with police officers I also learned a lot about police procedures, their techniques and widely used words and phrases in policing. This job was on occasions dangerous and on other occasions quite amusing.
I have worked as translator and interpreter for US Army in Bosnia.
I was employed as translator for one of the US Army elite groups: 10 th special forces group (Airborne). Experience gained through work for VISKOZA Loznica was immense.
I also worked for Factory for vehicles and tractors brakes from Loznica, Serbia. During my employment there I learned a lot about agriculture and equipment used in this particular area of work.
