Want to see how fast marine technology is evolving? Just take a look at the newest additions to Garmin’s lineup for 2008. You’ll discover a world of robust innovation – in products that take “plug-and-play” simplicity to whole new levels of performance, safety and user capability. In everything from hi-res colour chartplotters and fishfinders to new remote sensors, transducers, instrument displays and autopilot systems, Garmin breakthroughs are reshaping the industry. Designed for easy network integration, these new multifunction products far surpass the limited data horizons of earlier-generation displays. Plus, they offer full support for NMEA 2000 engine monitoring and system integration. No wonder today’s most visionary mariners are coming aboard with Garmin: For state-of-the-art helm solutions. For confidence that comes in waves.
GPSMAP® 5015
Network Chartplotter
Think big. Think touchscreen. Think 15 inches, corner to corner. That’s the formula for true “big picture” navigation with Garmin’s largest network plotter display to date. Featuring a massive XGA colour screen (1024 x 768 pixels), the GPSMAP 5015 boasts the same easy-to-use, menu-driven interface that has made the Garmin 4000/5000 series a new benchmark in the industry. With touchscreen control, operating your whole Garmin network is as simple as pointing with your finger. Multiple network ports let you connect and control a whole array of remote sensors and
datalinks – colour radar, sonar and more – right from your chartplotter screen. The unit comes with a built-in worldwide satellite basemap for realistic depictions of shorelines, roads and surface features. Plus, optional BlueChart® g2 Vision™ cards (sold separately) make it easy to access premium mapping features and points-of-interest location data.
5000 Series Network Chartplotters features:
• Worldwide satellite basemap imagery
• Menu-driven touchscreen interface for fast, easy network operation
• NMEA 2000 support for engine monitoring and more
• Optional g2 Vision Auto Guidance searches chart data to suggest the best passage
• Optional 3D-view topside and underwater mapping with g2 Vision technology
• Optional wireless mouse or remote control
GPSMAP® 4010
Network Chartplotter
Not too big, not too small: This new mid size addition to the Garmin 4000 series lineup offers full networking capabilities and alphanumeric keypad access in an easy-to-fit 10-inch diagonal screen format. Eight vertically placed “soft keys” make onscreen navigation simple. Plus, multiple Garmin Marine Network ports enable easy
interface with other multifunction displays (MFDs), as well as remote sensors for sonar, radar and other capabilities. An optional wireless remote control is also available for added mobility. The GPSMAP 4010 comes with built-in worldwide satellite map imagery. And for even more visual firepower, optional BlueChart® g2 Vision™ cards
(sold separately) let you add such premium features as Auto Guidance capabilities, “real picture” aerial photo reference and true 3D-view mapping perspective (both above and below the waterline).
4000 Series Network Chartplotters features:
• Worldwide satellite basemap imagery
• Super-intuitive user interface for fast, easy network operation
• Optional Auto Guidance searches chart data to suggest best passage
• Optional 3D-view topside and underwater mapping with g2 Vision technology and ‘fish eye view’ (featured opposite)
• Optional wireless remote control
Fishfinder 300C
For recreational anglers who want a full-featured colour fishfinder that’s truly affordable, this great-looking Garmin unit is the answer. Featuring a crisp, sunlight-viewable 3.5-inch QVGA display, the 300C packs a lot of performance into a surprisingly compact format. Like all Garmin fishfinders, the 300C is rugged, waterproof and able to withstand the elements. It has the power to look deep – down to 900 feet. And its dual-beam transducer offers wide-angle coverage, so it can scan beyond the sides of your boat to target more fish, even in shallow water. There’s UltraScroll™ technology for screen updates at live-action speeds. And the new streamlined user interface
makes it easy to select modes and features so you can focus more on fishing and less on operating your fishfinder.

Technical and Legal Translations, Revision, and Subtitling EN>ES
Who am I?
Born in Argentina, I moved to Spain at the age of 23. With a curious mind and love for travelling, I have been attracted to reading, languages and discovering other cultures since I was a child.
A talented linguist with an extensive career in the real estate and construction industries, which have become my speciality as a freelance translator, along with the nautical industry where I worked during 4 years doing translations in-house.
What do I do?
I deal with different language areas, but I specialise in technical and legal translations. Within these two areas, I focus on all kinds of property-related texts (contratcts, agreements, technical reports, minutes, quotations), and on
marine sanitation, marine electronics and GPS technology contents.
I also accompany or represent clients who need an interpreter at contracts or deeds signing, meetings, or property viewings.
I have recently discovered my passion for audiovisual translation, thus incorporating subtitling as part of my services.
Why me?
In addition to my experience, my strength lies in my attention to detail, my strong ability to adapt the message and convey the fluency of the target culture, and my full dedication and availability even on weekends.
So...
Don’t wait anymore and call me today!
