Within the frame of carrying out the monitoring and evaluation activities for the project of Agro-Ecology Practices and Marketing for Small Growers in Fayoum, executed by the Agro Organic Development Association, funded by the EU, supervised by the Union of Producers and Exporters of Horticultural Crops (UPEHC), under the umbrella of Rural Development Support Program (RDSP), with collaboration with Directorate of Agriculture in Fayoum, Faculty of Agriculture of Fayoum University, Desert Research Center and Central Laboratory of Organic Agriculture (CLOA). The following report studies the baseline of agro-ecology practices and marketing for small growers in Fayoum. |

المادة رقم (4) مدة العقد:
4- 1- يتعهد المقاول بتنفيذ وإتمام جميع الأعمال المبينة في العقد وذلك خلال مدة (36 شهراً ميلادياً) بما في ذلك فترة التجهيز, وتسري هذه المدة اعتباراً من تاريخ تسليم موقع العمل إلى المقاول بموجب محضر كتابي موقع عليه من قبل المهندس والمقاول.
4- 2- إذا تأخر المقاول عن تنفيذ الأعمال في المدة المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة, خضع لغرامة التأخير المنصوص عليها في المادة رقم (44) من هذا العقد بالإضافة إلى تكاليف وأتعاب المشرف المنصوص عليها في المادة رقم (45). | Translation - English
Article (4): Contract Term
4.1 The Contractor undertakes to perform and complete all the works specified in the contract within a certain period (36 Georgian months) including the time of mobilization. This period shall take effect on the date of handover of the work site to the Contractor, pursuant to written minutes signed by the Engineer and the Contractor.
4.2 If the Contractor fails to perform the works within the period mentioned in the previous paragraph, it shall be subject to the delay penalty provided for in Article (44) of this Contract in addition to the costs and remunerations of the Supervisor stipulated in Article (45) hereof.

6) ORDERS
(a) All orders for Products submitted by Distributor shall be initiated by written purchase order sent to Manufacturer and requesting a shipment date during the term of this Agreement. All orders for Products are subject to acceptance by Manufacturer in writing, and Manufacturer shall have no liability to Distributor with respect to purchase orders that are not accepted. No partial acceptance of a purchase order shall constitute the acceptance of an entire order, absent the written acceptance of such entire order. To facilitate Manufacturer's production scheduling, Distributor shall submit purchase orders to Manufacturer in accordance with Manufacturer's lead times then in effect which shall be communicated to Distributor upon Distributor's request.
(b) Distributor can request for a one time shipment delay of a purchase order of up to six (6)

6- الطلبات
أ- يجب البدء في تنفيذ جميع طلبات المنتجات المقدمة من الموزِّع بواسطة أمر شراء مكتوب ومرسل إلى المُصنِّع يطلب فيه تاريخ الشحن خلال مدة هذه الاتفاقية. جميع طلبات المنتجات تخضع للقبول من قبل الشركة المُصنِّعة كتابةً، وليس علي المُصنِّع أي مسؤولية تجاه الموزِّع فيما يتعلق بطلبات الشراء التي لم يتم قبولها. لا يشكل أي قبول جزئي لطلب الشراء قبولاً كلياً للطلب، حيث لا يوجد قبول الطلب بالكامل مكتوباً. لتسهيل جدولة إنتاج المُصنِّع، يجب على الموزِّع تقديم طلبات الشراء إلى المُصنِّع وفقا لتوقيتات إنتاج المُصنِّع وبالتالي يتم إرسالها إلي الموزِّع بناء على طلب الموزِّع.
ب- للموزِّع أن يطلب تأجيل شحن طلب الشراء بمقدار مرة واحدة حتى ستة (6) مرات.
