I am a native Pole with 8 years` experience in the field of interpreting and translations from and into English.
I offer high quality translations as a result of my vast knowledge and experience.
Just to cut it short:
- I studied English language and culture at University of Poznań, Poland. My final BA and MA dissertations centred around British literature and language. I must add that literature is also my hobby!
- I did additional teaching course during my studies, which enabled me to take on the proffession of an English teacher in various schools beginning from 2000 up to 2014 in Poland and in the UK.
- From 2006 I have been living in the UK working, again, in education and as a freelance interpreter/translator.
- I am taking different courses and participating in meetings to develop and widen the areas I specialise in i.e. law, education, literature and medicine.
- Since 2011 I have been interpreting and translating for the Ministry of Justice in the UK.
- Among my clients are the Police Forces, HM Courts, solicitors, city councils, schools, hospitals, banks, training providers and business clients.
- Between 2008-2009 I, also worked as a Project and Account Manager, which gave me the opportunity to acquaintance myself with business environment and, as a result, terminology.
- Translation/interpreting is my passion! I am a dedicated interpreter/translator working to deadlines.
The fact that I have been living in England for so many years makes me an asset for anyone looking for a translator who always finds the right/correct word! |
