Si, après levée d’option par ''LA BENEFICIAIRE'', et quelque soit la nature des biens objet de la présente promesse, ''PROMETTANT'', pour quelque motif que ce soit, ne respectait pas les engagements décrits dans les présentes (désistement au-delà du délai de rétractation éventuelle) et si ''LA BENEFICIAIRE'' renonçait à poursuivre la réalisation judiciaire de la vente, celle-ci sera résolue de plein droit un mois après mise en demeure par ''LA BENEFICIAIRE'', moyennant une indemnité à la charge du ''PROMETTANT'' correspondant à 10% du montant de la vente tel que fixé dans les conditions propres à la vente ci-après et qui pourra être prélevée en tout ou partie sur le montant du dépôt de garantie.

If, after the exercise of the option by “the BENEFICIARY”, and regardless of the nature if the goods of this promise, “BUYER”, for whatever reason, should not meet the commitments described in this promise (withdrawal outside of the allowed withdrawal period) and if “the BENEFICIARY” should not fulfil the judicial enforcement of the sale, the latter shall then be automatically cancelled one month after the notice given by “the BENEFICIARY”, subject to compensation to be paid by “the BUYER” which will correspond to 10% of the sale price as fixed in the terms of sale agreement hereinafter and which may be deducted in part or in full from the security deposit.

My work ethic is one of diligence and professionalism, and I really care about what I do not matter the content. I am an experienced language teacher, proofreader and translator, with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and ethics. I am a native English speaker (UK), but I also speak French to a native level as I lived in France from the age of 5 to 19 years old and regularly spend time there still.
