I have more than 20 years of working experience in finance and business, as credit analyst with a major U.S. commercial bank, as Senior Consultant with one of the Big Eight, as Finance and Administration Director with a manufacturing company and as freelance translator in these fields.
My understanding of business, finance, accounting, economics and marketing is deep and thorough, and it is supported by an MBA degree from Columbia University- Columbia Business School (New York U.S.A.).
This combines with a specific education in translation which I obtained from Geneva University - Ecole de Traduction et Interpretation- as well as living in Switzerland, U.K. and U.S.A. for a long time. I also hold a 1 level Master Degree in Conference Interpretation completed with a EU scholarhip.



I am used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
I have a passion for what I do, I like to translate and I like to get involved in anything that has to do with finance,economics,marketing and business.
I keep myself constantly updated in my specialty fields, stock markets, capital markets, companies reports, accounting principles, management practices etc..
I have a specific interest in investment and alternative funds and transfer pricing, and have completed specific independent studies in these fields.
I support open knowledge and I am a member of MIT Opencourseware.

More recently, after moving to the United Kindgom, I graduated in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course for the Solicitor qualification. In the last five years, legal translation has been a major focus of my work as a translator.  I can offer an in-depth understanding of legal concepts, a concise rendering of the legal language, and accurate use of terminology.
