Source text - Lithuanian Specialių nurodymų (taisyklių) muitinės pareigūnams atliekant prekių tikrinimus tranzito metu nėra. Muitinės pareigūnai vadovaujasi teisės aktais, kurie reglamentuoja prekių tikrinimo nuostatus bei principus, taikomus įvairių muitinės procedūrų metu .
Muitinės departamento direktoriaus 1996 m. gruodžio 10 d. įsakymas Nr.588 Dėl kelių transporto priemonių ašių apkrovimo ir faktinės masės nustatymo ir krovinio muitinio įforminimo nustato išvykimo bei paskirties įstaigų pareigūnų veiksmus sveriant transporto priemones bei reikalavimus muitinės postuose įrengiamoms transporto priemonių svėrimo svarstyklėms.
Translation - English There are no special instructions (regulations) to the customs officials in regard to the cargo examination in transit. Customs officials follow the legal acts, which regulate the general rules and precepts of the cargo examination applied during the various customs procedures.
The order of the director of the Customs Department No. 588 “Regarding the measurement of axle load and actual mass of a vehicle and customs processing of a cargo” issued on the 10 December 1996, regulates the actions of officials at start and destination stations while weighing vehicles along with the requirements towards vehicle weighing machines mounted at the customs houses.
