EDUCATION

1990 : High school Diploma.

1990-94 : B.A. of English Language and Literature from Azad University of
Ardabil, Iran.
Filmmaking Diploma from Iranian Youth Cinema Association.

1994-98 : M.A. of English Literature from Azad University of Tehran, Iran.
The research project was “A Structuralistic Study of Eugene O’Neill’s Female Characters.”
2000 : Certificate of Teaching Training Course.

2003-2007 : PhD of English Literature from Punjab State University, India.
The thesis is “De-mythologising Popular American Myths: A Critical Study of David Mamet’s Selected Plays” under the supervision of Prof. Rana Nayar, submitted in February 2006 and viva voce was successfully held in Jan 2007.
Diplôme de Français from Alliance Française de Chandigarh.

1997-2003 : English Instructor of training courses for staff such as General Language, Banking Specialised Language, and Banking Correspondence in English Language in Sepah Bank, the oldest state-owned bank of Iran.

Having won Gholagha Satire Second Prize for writing two satiric short stories published in a collection book.
