2. I hereby understand and agree that ----:
2.1 may photograph and/or film me during my participation and attendance at the Event. Details of the Event are set out above; and
2.2 may use the Image for the Specified Purposes.
3. I warrant that I do not need to obtain permission from or pay any third party in connection with the rights granted in this agreement; that I am entitled to grant the rights set out in this agreement and that it is not necessary for ---- to obtain permission from or to pay any third party in connection with the rights granted in this agreement.
4. I hereby agree to indemnify ---- for all losses suffered to the extent that the warranty set out above at clause 3 is breached.

4. Por el presente acuerdo indemnizar a ---- por todas las pérdidas sufridas en la medida en que se infrinja la garantía expuesta en la cláusula 3 anterior.
