Source text - English Dispute Resolution
(A) Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to or in connection with this Agreement or the operations carried out under this Agreement, including without limitation any dispute as to the construction, validity, interpretation, enforceability or breach of this Agreement, shall be settled by friendly negotiation and agreement between the Parties. The Parties agree to use their best faith efforts to resolve the dispute through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation among the Parties within thirty (30) days of the submission of such matter by one of the Parties to another Party, then any Party may submit such dispute to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (the “ICC”) for arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the ICC in effect on the date of commencement of the arbitration.
Translation - Russian Урегулирование споров
(А) Любой спор, разногласие или иск, возникающие из настоящего Договора или выполняемых по настоящему Договору работ, в отношении их или в связи с ними, включая, но не ограничиваясь этим, любой спор в отношении толкования, действительности, интерпретации, возможности приведения в исполнение или нарушения настоящего Договора, урегулируется путем дружеских переговоров и соглашения между Сторонами. Стороны договорились добросовестно прилагать все усилия по урегулированию спора путем переговоров. В случае недостижения урегулирования путем переговоров Сторон в течение 30 (тридцати) дней после представления одной из Сторон данного вопроса на рассмотрение другой Стороны любая Сторона вправе представить такой спор на арбитражное рассмотрение Международного арбитражного суда Международной торговой палаты (далее – «МТП») в соответствии с Арбитражным регламентом МТП, действующим в день начала арбитражного разбирательства.

Source text - Russian Представители казахстанских и международных неправительственных организаций, принимавшие участие в работе круглого стола "Законопроект о неправительственных организациях: за и против", организованного 10 июня 2003 года в Алматы Центром ОБСЕ в г.Алматы, Бюро по демократическим институтам и правам человека ОБСЕ и Министерством культуры информации и общественного согласия Республики Казахстан, пришли к выводу о принципиальной неприемлемости правительственного варианта нового закона о неправительственных организациях (НПО). Они считают, что законопроект, предусматривающий дальнейшее усиление контрольных и регулирующих функций государства по отношению к институтам гражданского общества, противоречит международным стандартам в области прав человека, Конституции РК и порождает обоснованные сомнения в искренности руководства Казахстана, заявляющего о своей приверженности к демократическому развитию страны.
Translation - English Representatives of national and international non-governmental organisations that participated in the Round Table ‘Draft Law on Non-Governmental Organisations: Pros and Cons’ held on 10 June 2003 in Almaty by OSCE Almaty Centre, OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, and the Ministry of Culture, Information and Social Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan, arrived at a conclusion that the Government’s draft law on non-governmental organisations (NGOs) was unacceptable in principle. They believe that the draft law providing for further strengthening of controlling and regulatory functions of the state in respect of the civil society institutions, is in contradiction to the international human rights standards, and to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and raises sound doubts as to the sincerity of the Kazakhstan’s leaders who declare their commitment to the democratic development of the country.

Source text - English Increases in production in the Middle East and the former Soviet Union, which have massive hydrocarbon resources, are expected to meet much of the growth in world oil and gas demand. Latin America, especially Venezuela and Brazil, and Africa will also raise output of both oil and gas. Oil production will decline almost everywhere else. Production of natural gas, resources of which are more widely dispersed than oil, will increase in every region other than Europe. Although there are abundant coal reserves
in most regions, increases in coal production are likely to be concentrated where extraction, processing and transportation costs are lowest. Coal production is likely to grow most rapidly in South Africa, Australia, China, Indonesia, North America and Latin America. The production prospects for each fuel are discussed in more detail in Chapter 3.
Translation - Russian Ожидается, что увеличение производства энергоресурсов на Среднем Востоке и в странах бывшего Советского Союза, которые располагают обширными углеводородными ресурсами, удовлетворит большую часть роста мирового спроса на нефть и газ. В Латинской Америке, особенно в Венесуэле и Бразилии, а также в Африке тоже будет наблюдаться рост добычи как нефти, так и газа. Почти во всех остальных регионах произойдет снижение добычи нефти. Добыча природного газа, запасы которого рассеяны более широко, чем нефть, возрастет во всех регионах, кроме Европы. Несмотря на наличие значительных запасов угля в большинстве регионов, скорее всего рост добычи угля будет наблюдаться там, где наиболее низки затраты на добычу, переработку и транспортировку. Скорее всего, самый быстрый рост объемов добычи угля будет наблюдаться в Южной Африке, Австралии, Китае, Индонезии, Северной Америке и Латинской Америке.
