Also last week, all messages I’ve received via the Connect message center over the past few years (14 pages with 135 mails) have disappeared. The site now reads “You have not received any messages via the Project Connect system.”
Have anyone else’s client emails in the Connect system gone missing?

Yes, same here. I just checked and all is cleaned up (where there were messages before!).

Nothing here either. But we don't know if the messages have actually been cleared or if it's just the interface that isn't working. Has anyone opened a support ticket?

Maybe a Connect user who is a Proz member could open a ticket. They prioritise member tickets. I've never used Connect and have always copied any Connect messages from outsourcers that I wanted to keep to Outlook, as I didn't want contractual emails scattered all over the place in other people's systems. | |

All older messages cleared, and one new message from 5.8. which I have not been notified of.
I thought the forwarding issue had been solved? | | |

Dear Naiara,
I'm aware that the Proz staff is working hard on developing a new site, however, it would be great if you could give an update whether (and if so, approximately when) all the messages that disappeared from the ProZ.com Connect message center in late July / early August will be restored?
Also, as an FIY: I was sent an inquiry this week through the Connect message center, which I only found today, as I've not received a notification.
