Miscelánea Fiscal Annual or periodic amendments enacted to the tax law

Creator:
Language pair:Spanish to English
Definition / notes:Both "Miscelánea Fiscal", also known as "Resolución Miscelánea" are amendments or changes made to the tax law, usually at the beginning of the calendar year. Other minor amendments can be enacted over the course of the year, but the great majority of such amendments or changes enacted to the tax law take place at the beginning of the calendar year. Mexico also has a "Miscelánea de Comercio Exterior" or "Resolucíon Miscelánea de Comercio Exterior". Again, these are amendments or changes enacted to the foreign trade law, with the majority at the beginning of the year, and other minor amendments or changes over the course of the year. These amendments or changes involve adding new laws and eliminating others.
