agree Dilber Seckin : I fully agree with the proposed answer however I would delete the word same, there is no reference to that word in the Turkish sentence. And it seems that the preknowledge of what the company is private only known to both parties writing and receiving.

No intention to drag this further but I think you would agree that having a word within brackets suggests a possible usage of the word within the sentence.
