Still the same employment contract ... I hope this won't continue!
Im Fall von Krankheit verpflichtet sich Herr XX den Arbeitgeber so schnell wie möglich zu informieren, laut den Bestimmungen „Avtal om allmänna antällningsvillkor“ und Vereinbarungen zwischen SAF und SIF.
My translation:
In case of illness, Mister XX undertakes to inform the Employer as soon as practicable, according to the provisions “Avtal om allmänna antällningsvillkor“ and agreements bet-ween SAF and SIF.
TIA for your help! Very much appreciated

Avtal om allmänna antällningsvillkor
You are right, "Avtal om allmänna antällningsvillkor" should not be translated, but you should write:
... according to the Agreement “Avtal om allmänna antällningsvillkor” and ....
NOTE: Avtal > Agreement. The word "Bestimmungen" in the German text is not well chosen.

Sorry about the typo!
Christine is right, it should be spelled \"anställningsvillkor\".

I would put the translation in a footnote.
The translation would be: \"Agreement on General Terms of Employment\"

Christine Andersen
: It means 'general terms of employment' and should be spelled 'anställningsvillkor' (with an s) if I'm not completely mistaken

Mea culpa.

: Though with the reservation that in English we usually talk about employment contracts, not agreements. I think "Employment Contract" is easily enough, failing that "General Terms of Employment Contract."
