In a contract the heading, "Installationer av reservkraft och finkraft for datadrift" appears. I can find nothing to indicate what finkraft refers to.

fine power

I took a chance and googled "fine power" - it does appear to be a term that's used within electronics. (Not so easy to find among the googles though - there's probably a better way of searching than I used).

"This small class showed a keen interest in ML2PLUS's possibilities for studying fine power electronics for motion control of small motors and for surveying historically important technologies"

"For the future, micro-chains, first developed in the 1980s, will become an increasingly significant sector of the market with the growth in robotics and machines using fine power, electronic and pneumatic lines to operate grippers and robots."

If for some reason the main supply is disrupted an emergency kicks in, and in order to retain the control of the installation the computers have to be supplied with power. This is what 'finkraft' is. I never came across this term, but I would write your sentence "Installation of emergency power and supply for control equipment".
